Italian Chef Academy applies selective entry to all its courses; the participants are selected through a preliminary motivational interview.

All courses include theoretical and practical lessons. Italian Chef Academy designs its programs to allow for a more practical approach to education following the philosophy "learning by doing". All courses can include a period of apprenticeship in prestigious restaurants/hotels, in order to refine and improve the knowledge acquired during the courses and to introduce our students in the world of work.
The Italian Chef Academy training programs are addressed to foreign students: all our international classes are held in English.
