In order to allow a fast and qualified integration in the world of work, Italian Chef Academy  Professional Courses – recognized by ENUIP, the National Institute of Professional Education (ENUIP), accredited by the Italian Ministry of Education, University and Research – provide a mainly practical path, developed throughout lessons and laboratories held in the academy and an apprenticeship in highly qualified structures, in Italy and abroad.

The practical experience is fundamental to get professionalism and to easily enter in the world of work.

Our Academy, thanks to the numerous contacts in the food industry, is able to introduce the most meritorious students in successful Italian and foreign companies.

To facilitate the entrance in the world of work (both in Italy and abroad), it’s possible to attend in the Academy English courses with professional mother-tongue teachers:

BASIC COURSE                 24 hours, 3 lessons per week

ADVANCED COURSE      30 hours, with focus on culinary terminology, 3 lessons per week

At the end of the English course, a attendance certificate is issued by ENUIP.
