At the roots of ITALIAN CHEF ACADEMY, are the passion for Culinary and Pastry Arts.
Our mission is to provide professional training programs in Culinary Arts so as to prepare students for employment and advancement in the multi-faceted food-service industry with skills, knowledge and mastery of the fundamentals. The programs are supported by a sound instructional approach and by a range of tools and modern equipment compliant with the most severe food standards in response to the industry’s evolving needs.
After the successful completion of the program, students receive the Certificate recognized by the National Institute of Professional Education (ENUIP - accredited by the Italian Ministry of Education, University and Research) and by the World Association of Chefs’ Societies (WACS), a global authority on food standards.
The practical experience is fundamental to get professionalism and to easily enter in the world of work that is why we provide a mainly practical path, developed throughout lessons and workshops held in the Academy and the apprenticeship held in highly qualified structures, in Italy and abroad.
Thanks to its numerous and prestigious partners in the food industry, Italian Chef Academy is able to introduce the most meritorious students to leading Italian and foreign companies.
To facilitate the entrance in this multicultural world, it is possible to attend also English and Italian courses (i.e. for international students), with professional mother-tongue teachers.
Total hours: 60. Three lessons per week with particular focus on culinary terminology.
