Though our professional Healthy Cooking courses, it's  possible to go deeper into the  “healthy & wellness cooking”.

Nutritionists  and diet experts teach  the healthy cooking principles and their professional applications in a healthy and balanced menù. Particular stress is given to the raw materials nutritional properties and to the preparation/transformation processes, in order to identify the factors, allowing food to keep its nutritional characteristics unaltered. 

A healthy and balanced diet, indeed, improves the state of health and strengthens the immune system. Wellness - as highlighted by the European Educational Campaign on Food Safety - is strictly linked to the consumers dietary habits and lifestyle. Being aware on some notions and rules can contribute to improve the healthy consumers conditions.
